Working Principle & Advantages Operating as a positive displacement pump, the unit utilizes dual precision-meshed gears to generate a continuous pressure differential:
- Inlet: Gear unmeshing generates a vacuum to draw fluid into the chamber.
- Outlet: Gear re-meshing creates continuous high pressure to discharge fluid.
- Discharge volume correlates directly with rotational speed, ensuring stable, pressure-independent, and repeatable fluid metering.
